Very flexible but not that warm. I am using a brand new Hurley suit at the moment, it's amazing. If I were you I would bring your Zero suit and donate it to the boys down at Muizenburg beach, then go to a surf shop and try on a few suits. Buying online is a bit risky in my opinion.
